Welcome to Cochrane Singapore !

Cochrane is a global independent network of researchers, clinical professionals, patients, carers, and policy-makers interested in health, who work together to produce credible and accessible evidence about the effectiveness of healthcare services by summarizing the best available evidence generated through systematic, explicit, valid and reproducible methods. Many of Cochrane’s contributors are world leaders in their fields - medicine, health policy, research methodology, or consumer advocacy - and the research is conducted in some of the world's most respected academic and medical institutions. Cochrane’s work is recognized as an international gold standard for high quality, trusted information. It does not accept commercial or conflicted funding, which is vital to generate authoritative and reliable information, working freely, unconstrained by commercial and financial interests. During the past 20 years, Cochrane has helped to transform the way health decisions are made. Its mission to provide accessible, credible information to support informed decision-making has never been more important or useful for improving global health.

Cochrane Singapore is one of the geographic groups supporting the mission of Cochrane and promoting Cochrane activities in Singapore and the Asian region. Our branch supports the production of high-quality systematic reviews through our collaborations and training workshops.
